The iKAN Virtual Document Center has 2 levels of configuration, depending on your business needs. You can start with a hosted solution and grow to an 'in house' system or start 'in house' from day 1.

1. Hosted solution from $299 per month

10 Gigabytes of storage space (approximately 200,000 pages), 10 users and unlimited scanners. Additional modules and customizations are available with help from our implementation team. Your monthly costs change with storage used and the number of users defined in your system.

2. 'In house' or installed system. Starting at $15,995

Usable space is configured by your I.T. personnel. All Virtual Document Center management is carried out by your staff. Additional modules and customizations are available with help from our implementation team. You pay for additional user licensing as required.

Encrypted Server with Private Key Encryption – From $1,499 per month

100 Login ID’s
10 Gigabytes of storage space (up to 200,000 pages)
