If you have an older imaging system or need to consolidate, we can help you convert to this more efficient solution. We offer special incentives to companies wishing to migrate from their older imaging systems to the iKAN Virtual Document Center.

If you have multiple information sources in addition to paper (microfilm, microfiche, CD, DVD, etc.) we can help you transform them into retrievable digital information. Once converted, the information is imported into your iKAN Software application and immediately shared across your network. We have years of experience in taking outside information and normalizing it in a new system.

We use the Adobe PDF file format for all document images, providing you with the most flexibility in an open file format.  Once your images are saved as PDF files, they can be OCR’d for better searching capabilities, annotated, and shared by anyone with the free Adobe Reader software.
