"Today we can estimate that the total spent on IT exceeds $1 trillion per year. More
amazingly, 75% of that is used for managing existing systems, most of which is dominated by the
cost to manage complex software that has been built over the past 25 years" "We were challenged with coming up with a solution for scanning documents through a Citrix Connection. iKAN brought a technology that would allow us to exploit Citrix’s virtual channel functionality to solve our scanning issue. iKAN was very reasonably priced and very responsible about the number of hours bid and charged. Their solution was thorough and was well accepted by the user community. We continue to expand upon its functionality today." Paul Peloquin, Director, IT Business Services |
